Setaflow is one simple app for the enquiries, service jobs and payments of businesses that sell, install and service. Your sales team, technicians and accounts see the same customer details, and your customers and technicians just use WhatsApp.
Why we built it
We saw good businesses lose money between their tools.
Install and service businesses pay for every enquiry, then lose it in a phone, a notebook or a spreadsheet. Quotes go quiet, AMC renewals slip and payments stay pending.
So we built Setaflow around one record per customer, from the first message to the next renewal, and kept everything else on WhatsApp.
How we work

We judge every feature by whether it removes something from your day. If it does not, we skip it.
You pay Meta for WhatsApp directly, at its own rate, with no hidden margin. You pay us separately, for the software.
