About Setaflow
Setaflow is a customer communication platform for Indian service businesses: WhatsApp and email in one shared inbox, with a simple CRM, team chat and tasks built in, and Seta AI as an optional add-on. The Setaflow team is small, fully remote, and works from home in India’s smaller towns — small enough that the people who write the code are the people who answer your support message.
How we work
Calm beats clever
Most communication tools add noise: more tabs, more notifications, more places a message can go missing. We measure a feature by whether it removes something from your day. If it does not, it does not ship.
Say the real number
We do not resell Meta’s conversation charges with a margin hidden inside a “message credit”. You pay Meta what Meta charges, and you pay us for the software. It costs us margin. It buys us a conversation we never have to dodge.
Small on purpose
A small team ships slower on paper and faster in practice, because nothing has to be explained twice. It also means when you write in, a person who knows the product reads it — try us.
